>>56353103Exp All is for EXP gained from both wild and trainer battles as well as the EXP you get from catching wild Pokemon. You don't actually get EXP from raids, you get rewards like EXP candies which can only be used on individual Pokemon. Also if you have the DLC you can go to the Isle of Armor before you even get your first badge and be forced to receive an EXP charm that will increase the EXP your Pokemon gain.
