I'm having trouble getting EV training down. I'm training a Noibat. What I did was attach a Power Anklet to it and killed 5 Zubat hordes. That should be 250 Speed EVs, right? I did the same for Spinda hordes but with Power Lens attached so I should have 250 SpAtk EVs as well. Then I removed the Power item and fought a single Whismur, then one Whismur horde. That should be 6 HP EVs.
However, after fighting the horde my EVs maxed out. Don't I still have 4 EVs left over? 250 + 250 + 6 = 506 while the max is 510.
