Immmunity to defog along with lack of any defogers to threaten it is what makes it so broken. You know, defog, move which removes screens along with hazards. Stall barely exists in the game because Gamefreak essentially got rid of scald, limited distribution of knock off, removed all wish passers and limited recover moves to 8pp.
