I never enjoyed the Anime. Not even when I actually actively watched anime. One thing I never understood about Pokemon, or many other anime at the time, was why did they always, over and over, say what was going on on the screen? Why do they have to tell me every goddamn time that PIKACHU'S ELECTRIC ATTACK WILL BE SUPER EFFECTIVE AGAINST THAT WATER TYPE POKEMON! I don't get it. I do think some of the fights are awesome. For example I thought that fight where Ash fought Skyla and his shitty bird evolved was cool, but I watched that shit on mute at double speed. I can't handel it, and Pokemon isn't the only anime guilty of it. Anime in general is really unappealing to me.
Every fucking show has some dumb kid, some cute animal, or cute kid, some incredibly obnoxious plot, and some dumb chick doing something just whack. I like the animations of Anime, I think the fights and the art direction is generally interesting, but goddamn man. I can't watch this shit.
