the only things i would truly ban are SE and Boosted Flinch Lock/Sleep Lock, the latter two because they're 100% sequences that can be done by a variety of mons that qualify. This isn't true for Poison because the only poisoner used on there is SS Leaf, suggesting it's in a different class than the other poison users [it is], while the only other poison "specialist" there is Janine. AoE evasion can only be done by 2 mons in the game and only 1 of them is on the chart, because NY Lillie is far better at it than Misty is.
