>>37524268>>37526828In all honesty, if they want to keep the Chibi artstyle they should opt for something like The Wind Waker or Ni No Kuni. Not exactly the same, but just something similiar, a bit more stylized if you will. Like, even though the bloom sometimes gave me eyecancer in the HD version the game still looks amazing, even if you're playing the original. I think the thing holding Pokemon down the most is the top down birds eye view. If they finally made a game where the camera is centered behind the protagonist I think they could pull off a lot more with the chibi artstyle, cause they'd actually have to design the world around that.
