I was thinking of a pokemon based off of noise pollution. I'm shite at drawing but here is what I was thinking of.
First stage is a metal orb with gas coming out of it. It has a large speaker in the middle of it's body but no eyes. basically this pokemon likes to make as much noise as possible since it is blind and It's name is a combination of smog/bass.
For the next two evos it's speaker turns into an eye and it grows more speakers on it's arms. The final evo could be like a huge juggernaut that looses the ability to float and becomes a massive golem that is surrounded by clouds of gas that always goes on rampages causing as much noise as possible
