In either case no one is making a game for you and no one should cater to what you want, every developer does what they do to bring a vision they have to life whether it is project they have chosen to undertake or one they have been assigned, and if they ever appeal to anyone they appeal to their widest consumer base not an angry person online. That said, this vision they have might also not always be sound and it can obviously be criticized as everything has it's flaws but for some they matter less than they do for others is all, and it's not like something can't be good despite those flaws either. Anyway I have not brought up a single point from your little ms paint strawman cartoon as they're not points I'd make or have made so I don't see how that is relevant other than you wanting to vilify someone that might not agree with you
