In an attempt to stop focusing on IVs and more on actual in-game viability, I've come up with new naming schemes to help label my pokemon for quick reference and easy searching.
$ = has two same type attacks with an attack rating of "a"
* = has two different type attacks but still has an attack rating of "a"
? = can be useful with different moves
All pokemon with legacy moves are labeled as such, and any pokemon with a better non legacy moveset available has a "-" at the end of the name. The star means it has perfect ivs, the only ones I'll mark, because I'm still a collector. So far this has made it much quicker and easier to keep track of what needs powered up, what needs TMS, and what to use in raids or at gyms. Some of the ones I have named are 98%ers and I have several 98s that aren't really relevant so they aren't labeled at all, and it's hard to fight the urge to label them with their ivs and favorite them anyway. Sorry for the blog post, just thought this might help anyone with hardcore name autism like me, and thank you for indulging my autism.
