I haven't seen much people talk about this, but the data says we're getting 19 megas, but every trailer has consistently shown only 17 stones.
It's either two megas were scrapped, two of them don't need a stone to mega like Rayquaza, or what I think is more likely; Heatran and Darkrai being saved as Pokemon Day reveals similar to Iron Leaves and Walking Wake. They will be a mystery gift side mission event.
For what I think the climax or final boss will be, I think it's Mega Magearna. She's the only mythical/legendary that's getting a form that doesn't have a rogue mega fight coded in. Magearna is also flower themed like Ange, Floette, and the ultimate weapon. I think she'll be the ace mon of whoever the antagonist is if we are getting one.
