Just change the hair so he doesn't look like he just got out of bed, make the jacket unzipped or at least close up the bottom part, and maybe change the color of his hat and shoes that doesn't oppose the blue. Not everyday you see a Pokemon trainer wearing shoes that resemble Jordans. It doesn't exaggerate on what they are wearing.
But overall a pretty based design if you ask me and fits perfectly on what kids would wear these days.
