>>37186201>>37186595Honestly I've never noticed that on Greninja before, if I had to make an explanation for it'd be that it seems like a tail remnant from a tadpole (even though none of his previous forms have it) like in pic related. From the front it looks weird, but from the side you can see it fits with the tail going out the back.
For that fire starter it stands out because it doesn't conform to the shape of the body at all, and it's also a starkly different colour from its surroundings. Also it literally is pubic hair, insofar as it is hair growing in the pubic area. That's not an exaggeration in the slightest.
