It's not really the models themselves so much that bother me it's more the fact that they aren't really using them to the extent that i'd personally like.
Kind of a nitpick but some of the animations that came out of the earlier 3d games seem like they have so much more life to them than what we have now, and on the 3ds I could kinda give GF leeway in that the 3ds had such a tinier resolution that trying to fit some of those animations might have been harder but now that its back on switch and the resolution, screen, field of battle it seemed like an opportune time to bring back some of those more livelier animations from stadium up to battle revolution but nah a lot of them are just kinda stand still.
And not to say the Stadium/GCN models had their dull models as well but compared to the 3ds models, i'd much rather have the ones that came out in those former games.The models themselves have always been high quality but kinda less charming imo
