He's pretty reliable in a gen 3 playthrough as long as you aren't concerned about going first.
>>57266688The one thing stopping Hitmontop from being my number 1 Fighting type is that evolution method. Game Freak is lucky I have the autism necessary to bother trying to get one. He's still number 2 though.
