Extreme Speed is 80 power, not only that but its priority bracket is 2, where as most other priority moves lie in bracket 1 -- including all status moves for Prankster abusers. Extreme Speed outpaces everything in the game barring shit like Fake Out and Protect, Linoone gets to spam it at 120 power after STAB.
