It can get pretty limited with materials and etc, but I find my ways. I would recommend Blender tho, while C4D is easier to learn and to use in general, Blender usually has nicer render results and better support for materials (like PBR and so on), plus it's completely free. As for mobile, there are a few 3D modelling apps but I haven't seen any that support importing commonly used model formats like FBX or posing.
>>43451196I actually got a screenshot of it a few months back in one of the older threads but they pretty much just modelled what they had to, the ears aren't even attached to the face as they don't really need to be.
