>>39435174Assuming that you're being genuine and are just a physics brainlet, Newton's third law: since the magnets exert an upwards force upwards on the plate, the plate therefore exerts a downwards force on the magnets. You can think of the person as only acting as a conduit between magnet and plate, so that any force that holds the magnets up gets transferred down to the plate. Full force diagram is pic related. Note that, if there were no gravitational forces, the entire system would be in equilibrium, but since I've included gravity for the person, the plate will begin to accelerate downwards (as would happen irl if the plate were just floating).
