IMO I think Dawn does have a chance to appear again in November or maybe early January. Piplup is still on the merch way too much and if it was just for 2 episodes it would seem odd to keep promoting it after Dawn is gone. If Go/Koharu are not intended to get a Piplup then there would be no reason for continual promotion.
