Yup just confirmed that cards curving is caused by (low) humidity.
Humidity in my apartment is 8%, when the recommended value would be 30-40%.
This can't be helped since I live in an ice box where outside temperatures are -30 Celsius degrees, this makes all the moisture just disappear and turn into ice. There's nothing I can do.
I spend all yesterday straightening my cards and I actually got them straight. But guess what, 24 hours later they're curved up again.
It's the damn low humidity, it just forces them to bend.
I sent a message to the Pokemon company to start using better materials but I know they probably won't do anything.
As usual companies from warmer countries blame their defective products on the climate in my country. Happens with automobiles especially. They just break down here and nobody takes responsibility because "stop living there u moron".
