Put up Skitty (the route above santalune for xy, the one to the topright of rustboro for oras) asking for Bagon would be nice if they were good, but obviously any skitty will do. Will not be giving these right away, currently wondertrading some of them (I have a lot of boxes). You can ask for a specific gender if you want to.
IVs vary, but are generally good, I don't have access to the IV judge yet on this game. They're probably 4-6 IV.
OT is Frost, most of them are hatched in Lumiose.
