>TQThe main reason was mons that I could use in the program, after that it was mons that I liked, then tried to go with gimmicks, two mons that evolve by friendship (crobat/lucario), 2 mons that are loners by pokedex entry (Mimikyu and Absol), and the last 2 were just my favorite mons (eevee and Serperior)
