Impossible to tell until we know more. It looks like every move your pokemon has gets turned into a generic "big [type] move" a la Z-moves, with all status moves turned into Max Guard. You most likely can't disable it early, and you may not even be able to switch out, locking you into your Dynamax play which probably won't have much nuance besides just tossing out STAB moves. Z-Moves have shown the utility of turning moves into nukes at the expense of additional effects, but Dynamax has more commitment, especially if they have to hold an item for it like mega stones and z-crystals. There could be other drawbacks too, like big pokemon not having abilities, and they will probably balance around the 3-turn duration by making the average Max move weaker than a Z-move.
