He makes an annoying and tedious process for producing the best stats for competitive play, and then cries over the fact that people do indeed decided to go through these annoying and tedious processes in order to win. It's like a strict parent forcing their kid to only study 24/7, and never letting them go out or do anything else, and then complaining that the kid does nothing but study and never goes out.
