If it means it cares and it's protective of me it could be pretty fucking annoying. Since it can read everyones' minds, it could get to a point where it wouldn't let me live without letting me know any twisted ideas that my friends and family for example might have deep in their minds.
Best case scenario, the whole mind reading thing is more manual, that meaning we can synchronize or some shit so that I can read peoples' minds myself.
If it just sits around doing cat things then cool, I have a mystical two-tailed pink cat now.
