Jynx is part of the Psychic humanoid duo.
It was the female counterpart to Mr.Mime which was supposed to be male in Gen 1 before Gen 2 fucked up it. Despite having baby mons in different gens, both babies evolve through happiness, both mons are obtainable through trade, both families have similar movesets, both are Psychic types with a subtype (Ice and Fairy), only have a 5BST stat difference for some reason, Jynx could have had its Speed fixed by those 5 base stats.
