You can make the game so hard that you would lose even with lvl 9999 characters. 21 difficulty levels (the first being the default one), you can change the looks of characters, laharl's gender, add events, cancel gold gain, exp gain... Pic related is just D2's Cheat shop. It is not all that you can change in the game, and it's not even the last Disgaea game.
