You do have pretty good potential against EX/GX lists because Solgaleo trades very well with them, but until FOGP rotates decidumeme is way, way faster than you and will start sniping cosmogs if you can't get a pair of Solgaleo online quickly. If you're just using Scizor as an attacker you're better off carrying 4 float stones instead of 2/2/2ing Solgaleo imo, even with item lock as a concern, ability lock (specifically cards like Hex Maniac can really, really disrupt the flow of a deck like this, even if they aren't running garby itself) is present in more decks than item lock and fucks you all the same.
