I wouldnt be surprised if he turns out to be chaotic good.
He just doesnt have the same 'card carrying villain' vibe that literally every other evil leader had. he seems too chill and fun.
By all means, i wouldnt mind if they took the evil villain in a different route and gave us someone more affable/crazy than megalomaniacal, which Guzma could easily fulfill.
