Just accept it /vp/bros, Pokémon vidya hit its peak in Gen IV/V and hasn't recovered since. Everything original and good has been done before already (i.e. a tropical region, snowy region, different kinds of villains, lore about legendaries, spooky areas, etc.). We're stuck with tons of fanart tier Pokémon right now, horrible looking overworlds (because 2D>>>
>>3D) and Japanese game designers who refuse to change their ways (and you know how fucking stubborn nips can be).
