If GF gave this thing Flower Veil as an ability would it finally be good? IDK
The other problem is that aside from Swords Dance, Meganium doesn't have any moves to set up with. No Calm Mind, no Nasty Plot, no Growth, Quiver Dance is out of the question, not even Agility. You're stuck with Swords Dance with Petal Dance as your highest physical STAB.
I don't even like the Meganium, but I know it deserves better than this
