>>58367917The opponents having a few guaranteed levels over you really doesn't make that much of a difference imo, also I've been hitting the level cap pretty consistently myself, even avoiding some areas until getting the next badge to avoid lost exp later, I was doing lots of unnecessary switching against high exp. yielding foes early on to level faster, but since then haven't really needed to.
