Eon the Golett (and soon to be Golurk, but hasn't evolved yet). He was a standard golem roaming the rocky wilds for no particular reason, simply to keep itself alive. Eventually, the area it lived in was opened up as a safari zone, one that
>>34484335 went to on it's opening day. She wanted to catch it as soon as she saw the Golett, but her Cherubi shot an Energy Ball at it and got a nat 20. The poor thing was nearly dead, with a web of cracks in his center chest piece.
Over the next few days in Cerise's possession, the greenery continued to grow along his body, eventually sprouting a lily in the palm of his right hand. That energy ball hit him hard enough for his internal circuits to be rewired to protect said flower at all costs, as well as have a general fondness for vegetation and grass pokemon. Because of the flower in his palm, he restricts himself from using his right arm for punches at the risk of damaging it. Once he evolves, the vine on his arm will overtake his entire right side, as well as much of the space under his armor, creating the image you see. He'll be able to learn Wooden Hammer, but will use it conservatively.
As for personality wise, he has none. He listens to everything he's told so long as it doesn't jeopardize his beloved plant. But even then, he has to be told to do just about anything. He doesn't instinctively protect Cerise or come to her aid when she's in need, and Cerise's word isn't above anyone else's. He just listens to the last command he was given, even if by a random stranger. For these reasons, Cerise is actually kinda afraid of him, but he spends most of his time on her balcony tending to her small excuse for a flower garden.
TLDR; A golett that got corrupted by some magical plant stuff and is now a tree hugger.
