according to the walkthrough someone posted, the Aron quest requires 2 badges to actually get the Aron (which means you have to beat the flying gym)
I mean, we have Magneton so we won't need another pokemon good against flying that urgently, but I'm still a bit disappointed about the encounter spreadsheet lying, unless, of course, they moved Aron a bit earlier
