Bumping with yet another one. This is not that interesting, just Lugia. But it's the first time I've ever seen it, so that's pretty neat.
It's from late 1999 according to the Wayback Machine. The image per se wasn't archived but I googled the filename (lugiatop.jpg) and I found it on a japanese site (
