they reward you with 1 or 2 skill capsules
sometimes you get 0 but it's more common finding capsules from experience
considering the ammount of drinks you need you can easily get 100 skill capsuls in like 70 battles or even less, 100 skill capsules can be traded for 1 note in the shop
also do blue if you only need only notes
i do both depending on the priorities but take the blend very hard battles as opportunity to also farm extra notes too in the meanwhile
also wait for the week days supercourses but they aren't that generous with rewards still if i have to be honest
