>>57233402hi anon, i'm sorry for your loss. i went through something very similar with my cat and i remember being so sick with grief i could hardly eat or sleep for months. if it's any consolation i can see how well loved she was, and i don't think she would've chosen anyone else to be her owner. and while grief and pain never leave us, whether it takes a day, a month, or a year, you'll find new things, people, places to love and bring you comfort, and that sadness will gradually make up a smaller and smaller part of your world. for now though, i hope you treat yourself kindly until happier days find you again
