I honestly should've added more legendaries since at one point I had no idea what else to add, so early game mons got added near the middle/end of the list, like the Lilipup line which ideally should go near the beginning of the Dex. My idea was to have 4 legendary encounters, each one representing something different:
>Dealing with human nature
Mewtwo
>Dealing with a force of nature
Groudon
>Dealing with a foreign and cosmic entity
Nihilego
>Dealing with the supernatural
Giratina, being the main baddie.
