So, something I was thinking about but never got around to asking until now. Why do people want Rough Skin on Garchomp over Sand Veil? Is it because weather got nerfed (can't really stall opponents into a miss as effectively as before)? Or, perhaps because of the previous reason, people are just not building sand teams, and Sand Veil would be a bit of a wasted ability? Or is there another reason?
