Depends if there's a local tournament coming up. In those cases I usually spend a few hours per day breeding for it. Otherwise I just go on Showdown a few times a week.
Except when a new game is released, in which case all I do during my free time is play it.

I play some online multiplayer stuff with friends, single player RPGs and rhythm games during my breaks.

Nope. I enjoy the whole meal, from the main series RPGs to competitive battling to spinoff games to the anime. I don't see why I'd quit something I enjoy if it's not doing any harm.
