With environments, you don't need precise lines, so use a big brush for stuff like the mountains and don't worry too much about getting the perfect outline. Try to avoid white spots around your outline.
And with the clouds, look at the picture I have here. Notice how the clouds are basically two clouds (off-white and blue-grey), how the blue's mostly on the bottom and white on top. You want to keep these colors separated so you can imply lighting.
But not bad for something you probably don't have a lot of experience with. It takes a lot of effort to finish drawings and it's really exciting to see original work come out of a comfy thread. I think you had a good sense for atmosphere and I think you truly get what makes the pokemon world appealing. I'm sure keep at drawing, you'll improve loads.
