Time to discuss something that makes me very sad as a Raiko fan but will make people sick and tired of VoltTurn in competitive Pokemon very, VERY happy.
Four puppets (ERukuuto, EKisume, EKasen, and DHecatia) get a new ability that prevents the opponent from switching out via using moves. Basically backwards Shadow Tag; regular switching out still works but other ways for you to switch out don't. So that renders Escape Plan a complete waste of a move, makes Lightning Speed and Changeling much worse, and cripples Decresendo (although Decresendo will still at least do the stat drops and thus is still usable).
Notably, this makes EKasen a ridiculously hard counter to PElly; you're immune to Wind type moves and resist Steel type moves, have base 130 HP and base 130 DEF to tank anything she does throw at you, and she can't even use Backup Plan to pass the boosts on to something else. She has to switch and lose them completely, giving KasenE time to set up Strenuous Stance and then ruin whatever comes in next with a priority Strike Shot.
HecatiaD isn't half bad either: Base 80 HP and base 200(!) Special Defense is absolutely ridiculous bulk on the special end, but unlike OrangeD she has base 120 ATK so she can actually fight back rather than just sit there and take the hits. And she ALSO learns Strenuous Stance, although she has no priority to go with it and with base 50 speed and a blah base 70 Defense it may not be the best idea. I'd run her with a Golden Hairpin to cover the defense or a Silver Hairpin to just become impossible for spread attacks to do anything meaningful to you.
Extra Kisume learns Offensive Trance (i.e. Shell Smash). With 90/110/100 defenses, setting it up isn't even that difficult (although even double speed won't fix base 45 speed on it's own)
RuukutoE doesn't seem that good though, but 3/4 being viable threats is kind of scary especially with how they can easily force something out that normally could scout.
