I have no idea about the spread I'll do some calcs later. Built bulky enough to take a few hits at least.

The idea here is that you use it early game as a pivot, and mostly U-Turn out for muhmentum. Later in the game, Shields Down will activate, and it's now an incredibly fast offensive threat. If all fails, explode.

Don't know where I'm going with this, some sort of doubles sandstorm VGC support is the idea? Shore Up is pretty strong by itself.
