People have a problem with Intellion being a lack luster final evo. We had this issue with Delphox, to the point most people never evolve Braixen. It's design isn't bad, just it's 3D model is so shitty that they couldn't future proof a design IN the generation that it was made for.
Intellion is the opposite of over designing a pokemon. Can't worry about future proofing it if it isn't overly complex to model in 3D.
