Mixed bag, some were fucking sweet like the Bulbasaur line (strangely, one of the few old mons that got a new sprite altogether) but again, MOST of them were incredibly shitty flash puppet tier animations like most flying things (Ho-oh, for example), but the ones that were good were very good.

3D finally, but most of them have no fucking charm or look akward as fuck, 64 models might have been ugly but at least they had a lot of personality.
In short, why has Crystal spritework and charisma in general hasn't been topped yet?
Not a Johtoddler here, I don't really like that region.
