During my initial playthrough I never made it past the desert area because once I got to that part I felt I had seen enough to conclude that the games were no longer for me.
Now, after 7 years, I've decided that I should finally give it another chance, and play all the way through to the end. I've talked endless shit about these games for so long now, because I truly felt I hated them, but I've come to the realization that It's not fair of me to base that on the little that I played of the game 7 whole years ago. My standards have changed a lot, and perhaps I might've liked it better than I thought if I kept playing.
I'm not asking "what am I in for?" because I want to leave what is still unknown to me to be discovered naturally.
I was gonna play through Platinum again but I realized I'm more in the mood for something fresh, that I haven't experienced yet.
I'll be coming back here periodically to give my honest impressions, and after I finish it I'll finally have a solid opinion on the games that I can consider fair.
