>>49576938They are inherently designed to be a bit ugly, and there’s the obvious issue of the Incarnate Formes being extremely similar. When I see hate for the kami, it’s either immediate dismissal of their designs or bad experiences in competitive. I personally find them to be really neat and feel like real Legendaries, especially in their Therian Formes, but most people just aren’t going to ever get over the initial hump towards liking these guys (and gal).
