After successful runs of Yellow and Crystal it's time to kick off round three with Emerald, and we're off to a great start. The starters were Fearow, Sudowoodo, and Gyarados. Fearow is ass and Gyarados only gets Thrash until level 20, so I went with Sudowoodo. DICKS- excuse me, Brendan, had a Cleffa. What a scrub. I nearly killed my first three encounters in the exact same way, getting a high roll crit after they raised their Defense or lowered my Attack, and then I actually killed the fourth. Can we stop? I found some pretty dope items including two Amulet Coins, an Exp. Share, and an Ice Beam TM (which nothing can learn), the legend-cucking is back in full force with back-to-back second-encounter Jirachi and Deoxys, and I briefly had the pleasure of using Nuzleaf in a Nuzlocke until I accidentally reset and had to re-encounter. I'm not even mad, Huge Power Azumarill is great. Roxanne was easy peasy, her Skarmory took a while but no problems otherwise.
