A) social engineer yourself to the top and offer them something they want and don't already have.
B) contact a japanese developer (in japanese, preferably in person / in a social area like a bar) and tell them the situation (fat american newhalves leaking company secrets onto the web). they can probably talk their boss and potentially start a legal battle. this isn't the best outcome, but it's better than nothing. it's not like internal development files were meant to be public anyways, and you'd be doing the entire world a favor by getting rid of those scum. also, a lot of these fags are friends with developers who are leaking shit on the north american side of the companies usually, pic related, so that gets rid of some more bad eggs.
