alright, i'll bite.
lived in canada my entire life [specifically alberta, prairies and mountains]. my parents never loved each other and so i was constantly passed around between them. moved a lot, either because mum wanted to avoid dad and because both worked military. mum finally left for good when i was eight, sibling was born, we had little money and relied on government support. mum got a better job and we eventually didn't have to get so much aid, but we still didn't/don't have much.
generally kept/keep to myself, high grades [got a 2000 dollar scholarship in ninth for outstanding achievement], got bullied a lot in junior high/middle school.

at the risk of sounding obvious, maybe scraggy's the guy for you? he seems like he doesn't really care much about anything, chill guy overall, but probably isn't thought of that well by everyone else - slacker, maybe, and being a "gangster" pokemon can't possibly give you a good reputation. could also poke fun at the weed thing with it.
