You know the archives are still there so we can see how full of shit you are, right? Greninja was leaked on Sept 29th 2013. A good 4 days before the other starters did. All we had was the lowest fucking quality screenshot to go by until Oct 2nd came. People did hilariously off-model fanart because of how low quality the picture was, which had everyone skeptical and angry. But once Oct 2nd happened and we got a bunch of pictures of all three starters, LITERALLY EVERYONE and their mother went with Greninja. I dare you to go and find me a single +100 vote poll from that date range that didn't have Greninja winning the starter war overwhelmingly. Whether it be on /vp/ or ANYWHERE ELSE. Maybe you can recall when #TeamFroakie actually trended with nearly 4 times the amount of tags than the other 2 on Twitter. By the day of the game's release, the thing was topping best-of-Gen polls too, not just starter polls. I'm sure everyone's seen those IGN and Dorkly polls with millions of votes already, but most people don't seem to realize that they came out just a couple of weeks after X/Y released, which means that Greninja was the instant favorite of the Generation. Stop talking about shit you don't know about.
